Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition and Sri Ch.Satish Kumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for 3rd respondent states that the order of this Court dated 23.06.2016 in WPMP No.55617 of 2015 in WP No.43148 of 2015 has been complied with.

In view of the same, the Contempt Case is dismissed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stands dismissed.
