When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri A. Praneeth, learned counsel, representing Sri P. Lakshma Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, informed the Court that the sole petitioner expired and he did not receive any instructions about the legal representatives of the petitioner.

In view of the death of sole petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as abated.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
