Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the trial Court to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.13 of 2009. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the trial Court posted the H.M.O.P. for pronouncement of orders on 21.11.2014, and from the said date onwards, the trial Court without pronouncing the orders has been adjourning the case from time to time.

In the circumstances, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the trial Court to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.13 of 2009 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of considering that no notice is necessary to be ordered against the respondents herein. No costs.
