HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.9334 OF 2014 ORDER :

No representation for the petitioners-accused Nos.1 to 4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would submit that the parties have effected compromise before the Lok Adalat organized by the learned XVII-Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad and even award/order was passed on 11.02.2017, and, therefore, the present petition becomes infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous at the admission stage itself.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
