This criminal revision is not maintainable, but for before a Division Bench by filing writ petition if at all, if not to approach the appellate Tribunal against the order under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act 2002.

Accordingly and in the result, the criminal revision case is rejected and the Registry is directed to return the original papers to pursue the remedies.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
