No representation for the petitioner/Accused No.1. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh would represent that the parties have entered into compromise before the Lok Adalath, pursuant to which the Lok Adalath passed an award on 13.06.2016, and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
