There was no representation for the petitioner on 18.09.2018. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed today, 'for dismissal'. In spite of posting the matter under the caption, "for dismissal", there is no representation for the petitioner today also.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for default. Interim stay granted by this court on 21.09.2011 in Crl.P.M.P.No.9424 of 2017 shall stand vacated. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
