SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT APPEAL Nos.512, 518, 520, 523 & 525 of 2016 and WRIT APPEAL No.546 of 2016 COMMON JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) These appeals arise out of common interim order dated 06.04.2016 passed by a learned Judge of this Court in W.P.No.31992 of 2013 and batch.

The common order reads to the effect that it was passed upon the consent of the learned counsel appearing for all the parties. This is evident from the first paragraph of the order itself. However, it is now contended before us that this was not so and that all the petitioners in the batch of cases did not stand on par with each other or with the petitioners in W.P.No.17282 of 2006. As this aspect of the matter was never canvassed before the learned Judge, we are of the opinion that the appellants cannot maintain these appeals before us on issues which were not even subjected to adjudication before the learned Judge.

The writ appeals are accordingly dismissed. This order shall however not preclude the appellants from taking recourse to appropriate remedies available to them in law including the remedy of review.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
