This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not taking action on the petitioner's report dated 22.04.2019.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader for Home submits that the after enquiry, the police referred the case as 'civil in nature' and the same was informed to the petitioner.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedies available to him under law.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
