None appears for the petitioners.

Heard learned Government Pleader for Cooperation for respondent Nos.1 to 3.

I have perused the order, dated 04.03.2011, whereby this Court vacated the interim order that was granted earlier in WPMP No.27568 of 2007. That seems to be the reason why the petitioners have lost interest in prosecuting this petition further and hence, nobody is coming forward to work it out on merits.
