This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 17.12.2015 passed in I.A.No.851 of 2015 in O.S.No.1176 of 2014 on the file of the Court of the VI Additional Senior Civil Judge, Vijayawada. As per the office note, the trial court disposed of the suit on 15.02.2016 In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing of the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
