Sri Ghantasala udaya Bhaskar, after arguing the matter for sometime, does not press the writ prayer and seeks leave of the Court to send notice/ objection petition to respondents 3 and 4 on the grievance the petitioner has against the 5th respondent. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty as prayed for.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
