This appeal is filed by the defendants, under section 100 CPC, assailing the judgment and decree dated 26.08.2010 in A.S.No.17 of 2010 on the file of IV Additional District Court (FTC), Anantapur. 2.

No representation on behalf of the appellants even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the appellants are not interested to prosecute the matter. 3.

Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
