Learned counsel for the petitioner addressed a letter to the Registrar (Judicial) to list the present C.M.P. so as to withdraw the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition on the ground that the matter is amicably settled by way of compromise. Having regard to the letter submitted by the learned counsel, the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
