JUSTICE G.ANUPAMA CHAKRAVARTHY W.P.No.1857 of 2014 ORDER:(Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Abhinand Kumar Shavili) When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for petitioners has informed that during the pendency of the present Writ Petition, the 1st respondent was considered for promotion to the post of Head Constable and thus rendering the present Writ Petition as infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
