Mr. G. Simhadri, counsel for petitioner, submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for against the subsequent development, the petitioner has been pursuing remedies available in law. The statement is placed on record. The writ petition is dismissed with liberty to petitioner to pursue legal remedies. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
