This Writ Petition is filed on an apprehension that respondent Nos.2 and 3 are likely to remove the entire buildings of the petitioners though only parts of those buildings were acquired for road widening. The petitioners pleaded that at the instance of the owners of the buildings situated on the rear side of their buildings, the above mentioned respondents are likely to remove the balance portions of their buildings, which were not subjected to acquisition under award, dated 30-12-2013. Mr.N.Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC), submitted that the respondents will ensure that the Corporation and its officials will remove only those portions of the buildings, which were actually acquired under the above mentioned award. In the light of the above-mentioned stand of the learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, which is placed on record, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.50674 of 2015, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
