CVNR, J & MSKJ, J W.P.No.44435 of 2016 Dt: 20.12.2016 Order : (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly in the nature of Writ of Habeas Corpus, declaring the action of the respondents No.4 & 5 in not disclosing the petitioner's husband by name Sudi Shiva Prasad @ Shiva, S/o.Somulu, R/o. Sidhartha ConventStreet, DWarapud Village, East Godavari District whereabouts not known to the petitioner and 14, 19 & 21 of Constitution of India and consequently, to direct the respondents to produce the Corpus of the petitioner's husband by name Sudi Shiva Prasad @ Shiva, S/o. Somulu before this Court." Mr.Mummaneni Srinivasa Rao, learned Counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.l54817 of 2016, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
