This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short, 'the CrPC') by petitioners/A1 to A10 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.8 of 2014 of the XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad taken cognizance for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 420, 406, 506 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, which is outcome of the report of 2nd respondent-defacto-complainant in Crime No.121 of 2013 of Women Police Station, Charminar, Hyderabad against the petitioners.
2. This Court vide order dated 22.04.2014, dismissed as withdrawn the Criminal Petition insofar as the 1st petitioner/A1 is concerned.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted and endorsed that the father of the 9th petitioner/A9 died today i.e. on 21.09.2015 at 03.00 a.m., and hence he could not appear before the Court today.
4. The said submission by the learned counsel for the petitioners is recorded.

T he defacto complainant filed a petition Crl.P.M.P.No.9926 of 2015 seeking to permit her to compound the offences registered under Sections 498-A, 420, 406, 506 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act against A1 to A10 in the said Calendar Case and discharge A1 to A10 and a joint memo of compromise is filed in another petition Crl.P.M.P.No.9927 of 2015
seeking permission for compromise in the matter. The parties stated that they wanted to purchase peace and they have settled their disputes outside the Court.
6. Having regard to the above, to sub-serve the ends of justice by invoking Section 482 of Cr.P.C. permission is accorded and Crl.P.M.P.Nos. 9926 and 9927 of 2015 are ordered and the offences supra are compounded.
7. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and all the proceedings relating to C.C.No.8 of 2014 of the XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad are quashed. The bail bonds of the petitioners, if any, shall stand cancelled.
8. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
