Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondents.

The petitioner's grievance is that petitioner has made an application on 04.10.2017 in Form 6-A prescribed under the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 to the 5th respondent, and that the 5th respondent has not taken any action thereon.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents, states that the 5th respondent will take action on petitioner's application dt.04.10.2017 within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 5th respondent to take action on petitioner's application dt.04.10.2017 within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. 5.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
