When this matter was listed on 09.06.2016 none appeared for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed for today. Even today also, none appeared for the petitioner nor any representation is made on her behalf. In the circumstances, this Court has no option except to dismiss the Writ Petition for non prosecution on the ground that the petitioner evincing no interest to pursue the matter. Accordingly the Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in

the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
