The petitioners challenge the tender notice in ROC No.F1/146/2011 dated 10.06.2011. Now the validity of the period, for which the tender was issued, expired. In view of the same, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. However, it is open for the petitioners to challenge, if any fresh tenders are issued. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
