In this writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.5 is not accepting his application seeking permission for construction of the compound wall in respect of house bearing No.1-160/2 in Survey No.101, Kompally Village, Qutubullapur Mandal, Medchal District.

Learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.5 submits that the application of the petitioner would be accepted and processed in accordance with law.

Recording the above said submission, the writ petition is disposed of.
