O R D E R

Aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in mutating the names of the petitioners' in revenue records in respect of the subject land, the present writ petition has been filed.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, submitted that the petitioners have not filed necessary application in Form 6-A through concerned Mee Seva Centre.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission giving liberty to the petitioners to file necessary application in form 6-A under A. P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 and the Rules made thereunder, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and within four weeks thereafter, the 3rd respondent - Thasildar, Bhoopalapally Mandal, Warangal District, is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law.

No order as to costs.
