THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.42839 OF 2016 ORDER:

When the matter is called, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner so also the learned Government Pleader for Transport (A.P.) appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 22.09.2016, in W.P.No.30474 of 2016. A copy of the same is placed on record. The operative portion of the said order reads as under:

"Therefore, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the request of petitioner for effecting change of ownership in the Registration Certificate of the said vehicles without reference to the Memo No.3792/TS/IT/2015 dt.02-07-2016 issued by the 2nd respondent and the letter dt.16-08-2015 of the 4th respondent apart from G.O.Ms.No.28 Home (Services.IV) Department dt.03.03.2016.

The Writ Petition is allowed as above. No costs." 2.

Following the said order and for the reasons stated therein, this writ petition is also allowed in terms thereof. There shall be no order as to costs.

Office to enclose a copy of the order, dated 22.09.2016, in W.P.No.30474 of 2016 to this order.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
