Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction to enlarge her on bail in F.No.DRI/ HZU/ 48D/ ENQ-8(INT-NIL), 2016, registered by the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Zonal Unit, Hyderabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 21, 23, 28 and 29 of the NDPS Act, 1985. 2.

For the aforesaid relief, the petitioner earlier moved bail application in Crl.P. No.12168 of 2016 and the same was dismissed by this Court, vide order dated 31.08.2016, by recording that the investigation is still pending.

Admitted fact is that there is no change of circumstances in the said order and the prosecution has not filed charge sheet till date.

Finding no merit in the said petition, the same is, accordingly, dismissed.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
