CVNR,J & GSP,J C.C.No.935 of 2018 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 19.09.2017, in W.P.No.27217 of 2017. 2.

Today, at the hearing, both the contemnors are personally present apart from filing their personal affidavits. Along with affidavit, dated 27.06.2018, filed by contemnor No.1, proceedings, dated 27.06.2018, of contemnor No.2 have been enclosed, whereunder the services of all the petitioners have been regularized in different posts according to their eligibility, subject to the ratification by the State Government. Along with affidavit, dated 28.06.2018, filed by contemnor No.2, separate proceedings, dated 27.06.2018, issued by contemnor No.1 have been enclosed, whereunder ratification of proceedings, dated 27.06.2018, of contemnor No.2 has been made.

Mr.C.Raghu, learned counsel for the petitioners, has submitted that in the light of the abovementioned proceedings, the grievance of the petitioners stood abated. 4.

As the contemnors have complied with the order of this Court in all respects, albeit, belatedly, we are inclined to take a lenient view and close the contempt case.
