HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 9641 OF 2016 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that he has already submitted an application on 23.1.2016 in Form 6-A prescribed under the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 (for short 'the Act') to the third respondent for mutation and issuance of pattadar passbook and title deeds to her and that the third respondent is not passing any orders thereon. Government Pleader for Revenue states that the third respondent will consider the application submitted by the petitioner within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and pass orders thereon. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to consider the application dated 23.1.2016 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. There shall be no order as to costs.
