The Civil Revision Petition is filed against order, dated 01.12.2017, in I.A.No.2251 of 2017 in O.S.No.166 of 2010 on the file of the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam. 2.

By the aforementioned order, I.A.No.2251 of 2017 filed by the petitioner for permission to file additional written statement has been dismissed on the ground that the petitioner would be given a further opportunity to file her response to the written statement of the proposed party and that therefore, there is no need for filing the present I.A.

In the light of the above reasons, I do not find any merit in this Civil Revision Petition and the same is, accordingly, dismissed. 4.
