Sri A.K.Jayaprakash Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the parties have settled the issue out of Court and in view of the same, no further orders are necessary. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
