Learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for respondent No.3 would submit that the concerned police, after completion of investigation, filed charge sheet in Crime No.2 of 2011.

Recording the submission of both the counsel that charge sheet has been filed in Crime No.2 of 2011, the Criminal Petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies available under law.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
