This appeal is filed under Section 378(4) of Cr.P.C. by the complainant assailing the judgment dated 27.04.2007 in C.C.No.121 of 2006 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Special Mobile Court-cum-XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, L.B.Nagar, wherein and whereby respondent No.1accused was found not guilty for the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and consequently, acquitted him of the said offence. No representation on behalf of the appellant on 14.02.2018. Today also, no representation on behalf of the appellant even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the appellant is not interested to prosecute the appeal. Hence, the Criminal Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
