THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.8023 of 2018 ORDER:

Challenging the notices, dated 01.05.2017 and 15.06.2017, issued by the 2nd respondent-Ibrahimpatnam Gram Panchayat directing the petitioners to remove the encroachments, the present Writ Petition is filed.

Heard Sri Kiran Tirumalasetti, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Ravi Cheemalapati, learned Standing Counsel for the Grampanchayat.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that identical notice, dated 15.06.2017, issued by the 2nd respondent, was challenged in W.P.No.22376 of 2017, which was disposed of by this Court on 07.07.2017.

It may be noted that the present notices are of the similar nature and issued by the same authority. Inasmuch as, this Court has already dealt with this aspect in W.P.No.22376 of 2017, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the order therein. Registry to tag a copy of the order passed in W.P.No.22376 of 2017 to this Writ Petition. No order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
