THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 39310 of 2013 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed with the following prayer: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus a) declare the action of the 2nd respondent in refusing to take any action against the respondent Nos.4 to 7 as per the instructions of 3rd respondent vide Rc.No.A/45/2013 dated 10.09.2013 as illegal, arbitrary and against the provisions of law; and b) direct the 2nd respondent to take the necessary action against the respondent Nos. 4 to 7 as per the instructions of 3rd respondent vide Rc.No.A/45/2013, dt.10.0.2013." On 03.01.2014, this Court while admitting this Writ Petition directed the second respondent - Sub-Inspector of Police, Mangapeta, Warangal, to consider the petitioners' representation and take action in accordance with law.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on instructions would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioners, the second respondent registered Crime No.6 of 2014 against certain individuals, for the offences punishable under Section 447 IPC read with Section 34 IPC and after completion of investigation, final report came to be filed on 30.06.2014 under Section 173 Cr.P.C. stating the said complaint as false.
CKR, J W.P.No.39310 of 2013 Having regard to the developments which have been taken place after filing this Writ Petition, this Writ Petition is closed leaving open to the petitioners to workout the remedies, if any, in accordance with law.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
