There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. As a matter of fact, even on 01.10.2018 and 22.10.2018 there was no representation. Therefore, the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal' today. Even today also, there is no representation. From this, it appears, the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed.
