THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.12034 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused No.2 in C.C.No.132 of 2015 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kothapeta, East Godavari District.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition. Permission is granted. Accordingly, this criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
