Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is needless to say that the respondent authorities shall conclude the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner within a reasonable period of time, preferably, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
