O R D E R

This Contempt Case is filed alleging that repeatedly the 2nd respondent is asking the petitioner to get NOC from the Collector in spite of the decision of this Court in Hyderabad Potteries Private Limited Vs. Collector, Hyderabad District1, and though the 2nd respondent had withdrawn the earlier proceedings dt.15.12.2017 asking the petitioner to obtain NOC from the District Collector, he again issued proceedings on 03.02.2018 reiterating the same. 2.

After the 3rd respondent was suo motu impleaded in this Contempt Case and was asked to explain the Endorsement dt.28.11.2019 made by him and the proceedings dt.03.02.2018, he then issued the proceedings dt.12.12.2019 deleting the said condition. 3.

Therefore, the Contempt Case is closed. However, the 2nd respondent shall pay costs of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) to the petitioner for deliberately violating the law declared by this Court in Hyderabad Potteries Private Limited referred to supra. ____________________________ M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO, J 13th DECEMBER, 2019 Svv 1 2001 (3) ALD 600
