When the matter was listed on 03.06.2015 none appeared for the petitioner and there was no representation on his behalf. To give a last chance to the petitioner the matter was directed to be listed on 10.06.2015 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today none appears for the petitioner and there is no representation on his behalf. It seems the petitioner does not wish to pursue the writ petition. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. As a
