HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO C.C.No.636 of 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dt.05-01-2018 in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in W.P.No.1008 of 2018. Under the said order, this Court directed the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to examine whether petitioner is discharging same duties and responsibilities attached to the post of Assistant Professor and qualified to hold the regular post, and if these two parameters have satisfied to grant minimum time scale of pay, and this exercise was directed to be done within four weeks.

In the counter affidavit, filed by the respondent Nos.1 and 2, they have produced an order dt.28-05-2018 rejecting the case of the petitioners by giving certain reasons stating that there is a difference in duties and responsibilities between adhoc faculty and regular faculty.

Though there is some delay in implementing the said interim order passed by this Court, since there has been consideration as directed by this Court, I am not inclined to punish the respondent Nos.1 and 2 for Contempt of Court.

MSR,J C.C.No.636 of 2018 Granting liberty to the petitioners to question the order dt.28-05-2018 passed by 1st respondent in a separate proceedings, if they are so advised, this Contempt Case is closed. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
