THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.1328 of 2017 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging the willful disobedience of the order dated 01.09.2016, passed by this Court in W.P.No.24652 of 2009.

While disposing of the W.P.No.24652 of 2009, this Court made the following order - "In the result, this Writ Petition is allowed setting aside the impugned order dated 24.02.2009, issued by the 1st respondent, by remitting back to the 1st respondent with a direction to pass orders afresh within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As the order of punishment itself being set aside and as on date petitioner has retired, the pension which is being paid to the petitioner shall continue to be paid without interruption." Today, when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the respondent has placed on record a copy of the order passed by the respondent, vide Memo.No.CMD/CGM(HRD)/OM(S)AS(DC)/PO/ F.No.2073-C/04-61, dated 05.08.2017, thereby, complied with the orders of this Court.

In the circumstances, the contempt is closed giving liberty to the contempt petitioner to take appropriate steps if he is otherwise aggrieved by the orders made by the respondent, vide Memo.No.CMD/CGM(HRD)/OM(S)AS(DC)/PO/F.No.2073-C/04-61, dated 05.08.2017.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Contempt Case shall stand closed. No costs.
