This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking to declare the action of respondent No.4 in not filing charge sheet in Crime No.126 of 2018 dated 23.06.2018 against A.1 to A.7 under sections 420, 209, 468, 471 and 120B IPC, as illegal, arbitrary and unjust and also violative of the Article 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct respondent No.4 to file charge sheet by completing the investigation in the above FIR and to proceed against the accused in accordance with law.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents and perused the record.

The grievance of the petitioner is that though Crime No.126 of 2018 was registered on 23.06.2018 against A.1 to A.7 under Sections 420, 209, 468, 471 and 120B IPC, police is not proceeding with further investigation and not filing final report. 4.
There is no dispute with regard to the registration of Crime No.126 of 2018 on 23.06.2018 against A.1 to A.7 under Sections 420, 209, 468, and 120B IPC on the file of Thirumalayapalem Police Station, Khammam District. Once the crime is registered, the Station House Officer concerned has to investigate the case as per the provisions of Criminal Procedure
Code. Therefore, respondent No.4-Station House Officer is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report. 5.
With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ______________________ Dr . SHAMEEM AKTHER, J Date: 01.05.2019 ssp
