The District Registrar, Ranga Reddy District v. P.S.S. Varahala Rao,
THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI Writ Appeal No.1280 of 2009 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) This appeal, under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent, is preferred against the interlocutory order passed by the Learned Single Judge in W.P.M.P.No.8411 of 2009 in W.P.No.6443 of 2009 dated 12.10.2009. Sri T.V.S.Prabhakara Rao, learned counsel for the respondent-writ petitioner, states that W.P.No.6443 of 2009 itself was dismissed as infructuous today i.e 13.07.2017.
As the writ petition itself has been dismissed, this appeal, against the interlocutory order passed therein, does not survive necessitating any adjudication by this Court.
The Writ Appeal is, accordingly, dismissed. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
