O R D E R

This writ petition is filed assailing the proceedings dated 11.06.2015 passed by the Collectorate, Anantapur. Perusal of the impugned proceedings reflects that the authority referred therein to the fact that assignment had been made of the land in question in favour of the petitioners. However, there is no whisper of the petitioners having been put on notice but in spite of the same, the authority directed restoration of the said land to its original classification and to evict those in possession. There is therefore a clear violation of the principles of natural justice vitiating the entire exercise. On this short ground, the impugned proceedings dated 11.06.2015 are set aside and the writ petition is allowed. It shall be open to the authorities to initiate action afresh, if warranted, in accordance with law and the principles of natural justice.
