THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 12985 of 2015 Order: (per Sri Sanjay Kumar,J) Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, the learned Standing Counsel for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, agrees for the disposal of the Writ Petition in terms of the final order passed by this Court in a similar matter, in W.P.No.11150 of 2015. There shall accordingly be an order to the following effect.

The impugned demand notice is kept in abeyance. The petitioner shall be served with a notice by the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation facilitating her to have a personal hearing in the matter. In spite of the notice, if the petitioner does not turn up our order shall stand recalled and the issue stands closed. In the event the petitioner appears, she shall be heard personally. If she wants to produce any documents in support of her case, the same shall also be considered and thereafter, a reasoned decision shall be taken in accordance with law. This entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such decision is taken, no coercive measures shall be taken. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
