Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Raghu, learned standing counsel for respondents.

The grievance of the petitioner is against non-consideration of representation dated 15.11.2014 by the respondents. The petitioner through the representation dated 15.11.2014 requests refund of amount paid on 18.03.2014 by reference to G.O.Ms.No.174 dated 14.08.2014.

Having regard to the limited grievance, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage by directing the respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
