This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 4th respondent in not completing the investigation and not filing the final report before the competent criminal Court.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that the investigation is completed and charge sheet has been filed before the XVI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, on 19.06.2019. 4.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to take steps for numbering of the calendar case. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
