This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.) by the petitioner/accused No.2 seeking to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No.148 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate of first Class at Sultanabad, Ramagundam.

On instructions, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the subject Calendar Case was ended in acquittal. Hence, the prayer sought for in the present petition has become infructuous. 3.
