THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.3587 OF 2023 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioner/A 1 to quash the proceedings against him in Crime .

No.82 of 2O2t on the file of Rajapet Police Station, Rachakonda ! t"t District.

, The offences alleged against him are under Sections 42O,468,471 and 506 rlw.12ob of Indian Penal Code and Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C.

As seen from the complaint there are disputes regarding purchase of property and allegations of fabrication are made. The petitioner had earlier Iiled a complaint with regard to the same subject property, which was registered as Crime No.l1O/2018 before the Rajapet Police Station, Rachakonda. The present complaint is liled against the petitioner before the Rajapet Police Station. WP.No.4396l/2018 is also pending before this Court in respect of the same subject land. Keeping in view that these cases are complaint and counter complaints with respect to the very same property, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the

Police to conclude investigation expeditiously without taking any coercive steps against the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed off. Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
