This writ petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents 3 to 5 in interfering with the work of repair to the field channel/culvert situated in Sy.No.245/2, Pendurthi, Visakhapatnam District, adjacent to the petitioners' land.

This Court by order dated 30.07.2015 while issuing notice before admission, directed both parties to maintain status quo.

Now, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by virtue of the letter issued by the Executive Engineer, W.R. Department, Visakhapatnam Division, to the Tahsildar, Pendurthi Mandal dated 19.08.2015, there is no impediment to the execution of work and in view of the same, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the writ petition.

Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
